By purchasing an account from AdsMafia ("we", "us", "our") through adsmafia.io, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. What We Sell

AdsMafia sells access to verified Google Ads and Meta Ads agency-level advertising accounts. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Google Ads" and "Meta Ads" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here only to describe the platforms our accounts operate on.

Important: Advertising accounts are subject to Google's and Meta's own platform policies. While we manually verify each account before delivery, we cannot guarantee that any account will remain free from future review, restriction, or suspension by Google or Meta, as platform enforcement decisions are outside our control.

2. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully verified. Account access details are then prepared and sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few hours, and always the same day in the vast majority of cases.

3. Delivery

Because every account is manually verified before handover, delivery is not always instantaneous. If you do not receive your account access within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately.

4. Account Usage

Once delivered, you are responsible for how the account is used, including compliance with Google's and Meta's advertising policies. AdsMafia is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or losses resulting from how a delivered account is subsequently used.

5. Replacement Policy

If an account is found to have a genuine issue at the time of delivery (for example, it was already restricted before handover), contact us on WhatsApp promptly and we will investigate and provide a replacement or resolution. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Use

Accounts purchased from AdsMafia may not be used for illegal advertising activity, fraud, or any purpose that violates Google's or Meta's advertising policies or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsMafia's liability for any issue relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
